Top to Bottom opens on a Men.com page, which presents itself as a gay adult video site for viewers 18 and over. That means your account questions go to the Men support team. The footer names Aylo Premium Ltd. as the operator, and lists Vendo and Segpay as authorized payment processors. It also says all models are 18 or older. Billing renews automatically, with monthly plans charged every 30 days. A trial, if you see one, becomes a standard monthly membership unless cancelled in time. Check the join page before you pay.
